This basically describes the sportier port map of the two variants; with the HT cylinders having a deck to exhaust port roof height of 32mm - whereas the 'LT' or 'Low Torque' cylinders have a deck to exhaust port roof height of 36mm. It is easy with porting tools to port these cylinders to match US/Europe/Australia spec cylinders - and thus get the full 39HP power.
